A symphony of exquisite craftsmanship and rare wood, comprising of just 10 instruments, the 2023 Winter Limited Edition showcases the finest royal ebony, (also known as pale moon ebony), on the back and sides, paired with a salvaged sinker redwood soundboard from Northern California.
Renowned for its deep, resonant tone and mesmerising visual appeal, royal ebony is the cornerstone of this extraordinary collection. Its dense, vibrant grain imbues the guitars with exceptional clarity and sustain, while its mesmerising dark hues hint at their rare and exclusive nature.
Salvaged from the depths of Northern California rivers, sinker redwood has spent decades submerged, imbuing it with a unique tonal complexity and enhanced sustain. Its warm, woody timbre blends seamlessly with the royal ebony, creating a sound that is both captivating and profound.
Each guitar in this collection is meticulously adorned with ebony binding, along with a matched soundbox bevel adding a blend of comfort and elegance.
The 2023 Lowden Winter Limited Edition is available in three body shapes (O, F and S) and is available in selected retailers worldwide now.
