Yes. Guitars listed in the Lowden Online Showroom have a serial number attached. The images, video and audio are of that exact guitar - what you see and hear is what you get - but once it's gone, its gone!
UK and EU VAT is included in the purchase price, as well as US import duty. For all other destinations worldwide any import tax or duty due is excluded and is the responsibility of the buyer. Yes, all guitars purchased via the Online Showroom come with the Lowden Guitars lifetime warranty to the first owner. Details of the warranty can be found in the book provided with your guitar and here. To register your warranty, use this page.
Lowden operating policy dictates that all guitars receive a final QC prior to dispatch, irrespective of when the guitar was completed. This usually takes a couple of days. Once the guitar has been cleared as ready for dispatch, it will be shipped to you the next day. Shipping times vary depending on destination but are usually no more than five working days.
Yes. We ship worldwide from our home in County Down, Northern Ireland, and international shipping is free on all guitars.
