The advanced design and quality materials are made to withstand up to 1100lbs of pressure making Calton Cases wholly crush proof. In addition, extensive temperature shock protection has been carried out. The instrument inside gradually adjusts to the environment; taking five hours to adjust to 30 degrees rapid change. 

Calton Cases also regulate instrument humidity. After five days at 20% humidity, the instrument inside does not drop below 43% humidity.
