The GL-10C is chambered version of the GL-10, designed to relieve weight. Available in ebony and Koa topped versions, with otherwise identical specifications to the GL-10.
The Lowden GL-10, first introduced in 2018, embodying over 40 years of guitar-making heritage. Designed with a distinctive single-cut silhouette, the GL-10 seamlessly blends classic Lowden character with meticulously refined contours for enhanced playability, sustain, and tone.
The single cut design pairs instantly recognisable Lowden characteristics and carefully crafted contours with unique design features finely tuned for that signature tone and sustain.
George Lowden: "My interest in electric guitars was revived through a request from an artist back in 2016. I went away on a retreat to think through the design options. The first prototype exceeded my expectations in terms of visual appeal, balance and, in the guitar’s inherent design features, a natural ability to sustain without trying."
